CAR PARKING FOR NEW BAYSWATER NORTH P.S GYM THANKS TO COMMUNITY RENEWAL TEAM

Kilsyth MP David Hodgett today congratulated the Bayswater North Community Renewal Team on their hard work to alleviate car parking concerns surrounding the new gymnasium at Bayswater North Primary School.

The Bayswater North Community Renewal Team lodged a formal funding application for the parking works to accompany the new gymnasium. Engineering plans and design works were undertaken back in April. A favourable announcement from the department is expected and would see the works commence shortly.

“I take my hat off to the fantastic work by Chris Payne and the Community Renewal Team,” Mr Hodgett said. “Bayswater North Community Renewal is a committed group of dedicated locals who are passionate about improving their neighbourhood.”

“Full marks go out to Chris and the team. If it wasn’t for Chris submitting the application many months ago, this valuable project would not have been considered,” Mr Hodgett said.

“I have had the pleasure of working with the Community Renewal team over the last four years, and their enthusiasm and commitment to local improvements really helps make these projects happen,” Mr Hodgett said.

“The car parking facility to accompany the new Bayswater North Primary School gymnasium will be entirely thanks to their efforts. Well done and congratulations to the Bayswater North Community Renewal Team for their ongoing work in the local community.”
